Learn safe and effective exercises that re-train and strengthen your Postpartum Body so that you can go back to the activities you used to enjoy.
These sessions cover the foundations you need in place before returning to high impact activities. They will help you transition to all the movements you enjoyed before having your baby and will support your long term goals. Sessions will be specific and safe for new moms to gain back core strength and stability.
