Bredesen Protocol
Chantal Traub is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Women's Health Coach specializing in Menopause, and is ReCODE 2.0 Certified. She is also certified to administer MoCA Tests and she is a regular educator for Global Pelvic Health Alliance, American Physical Therapy, New Jersey, and My Pelvic Floor Muscles, and has been featured on many podcasts, including Next Question, with Katie Couric and The Women’s Health Podcast. She presented at the Polyvagal Institute Conference in 2022. In recent years, Traub has expanded her training and practice to be able to serve the health needs of women navigating their menopause process and to optimize their brain health.
Her own personal story began as an active birth doula (being on call all of the time) consistently assisting expecting mothers in the New York Metro area for 21 years. Working many nights supporting her clients in labor she found that her sleep was severely impacted. She also had her children later in life and by the time they were sleeping through the night, she was not. Like many of her clients she went straight from the intensity of postpartum to peri-menopause without a pause.
With her father’s dementia diagnosis, she was aware that trauma, chronic stress, insomnia and disrupted sleep can affect brain health. Chantal knew that she had to make a big change, to preserve her own cognitive health. She knew that by the time she reached her 50's, she would no longer be able to handle the stress and sleep disruptions that came along with being on-call and being up all-night, attending births. Many of her clients whom she supported over the years were now navigating their menopause transitions and, to continue the relationship and support, she transitioned her business focus from birth to women's health coaching to best support them through their peri-menopause and post-menopause process.
Early in the pandemic, Chantal got Covid-19 at the hospital, while assisting a client in labor. It was at the time that we still didn't know much about the virus. She was literally on her own as she navigated many months of long covid. Her symptoms included extreme brain fog and she was scared. This was the moment when Chantal made the final decision to prioritize her sleep. In her search to heal her brain fog and overcome the fear of it turning into early dementia, she found the Bredesen Protocol. By implementing the protocol, nervous system regulation, and taking her own health coaching to the pinnacle, she healed herself from the long covid and brain fog. She became passionate about brain health, especially menopause and brain health, and then decided to complete the training to become a ReCODE 2.0 Certified Health Coach, to help others.

Ahead of scheduling your Initial Session, this coach prefers that you purchase the ReCODE or PreCODE Baseline Lab Panel through Apollo Health and generate your first report and then book your first session.
PRICING
This coach charges $135 per hour or offers a 20% discount if you purchase a package of 5 sessions for $540.
