Chantal Traub is a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, a Certified Women's Health Coach (specializing in menopause), and she is ReCODE 2.0 Certified. She is also certified to administer MoCA Tests. Her primary goal is to prevent and reverse cognitive decline through the PreCODE and ReCODE Programs.

As a mid-life woman, Chantal struggled with sleep and was concerned about her personal risk factors for dementia. These factors influenced her decision to take the ReCODE 2.0 Training and she was able to improve her sleep quality and quantity by implementing the Bredesen Protocol. By implementing the protocol, nervous system regulation, and taking her own health coaching to the pinnacle, she healed herself from the long covid and brain fog. She is passionate about brain health, nervous system regulation, following the KetoFLEX 12/3 Nutrition Guidelines, and exercising with a mindful approach. She is now ready to help you.

Ahead of scheduling your Initial Session, this coach prefers that you purchase the ReCODE or PreCODE Baseline Lab Panel through Apollo Health and generate your first report and then book your first session.
 
 

PRICING
 
This coach charges $135 per hour or offers a 20% discount if you purchase a package of 5 sessions for $540.
 
Session frequency determined by the individual needs of the participant.


DATA MANAGEMENT

Data Management Fee for generating ReCODE or PreCODE Reports: $125 for the first ReCODE or PreCODE Report, $75 for subsequent Reports generated. There is a 50% discount for the data management fees for those who purchase a coaching package as well.
